I know what you're thinking, "Where do you find these things?" Well the boxws are deep! So the question is, "Who is this cheerful fellow?" By the look of the type of photo materials I'm guessing it has to be early 1940s or before. So I would guess it should be one of Joseph Piszczor's sons, either Donald or Bernie. The only note on the back of the photo reads "826 Elm St".So anyone has any ideas about the child in the photo, the whwn and where?
